eat only one thing at time. This way I’ll help myself.



Food I shouldn't eat 4 months ago

I should eat:
plain food, water melons, tvorog, boiled food

I shouldn’t eat:
salty food, oily food, spicy food, fried food, much meat, smoked food

Let’s see how I can survive like this.. The great plus is that eating like this I’ll be healthy and stay slim which is always great!

And I just have to fight for myself when somebody is trying to convince me to eat something I shouldn’t eat. I should fight for myself because I just can’t eat this. This is not unpolite to avoid food that makes feel bad and ill. That’s my duty to myself to avoid such food! And I want to stick to it firmly!

Starting the diet 4 months ago

I know like any diet I have to start it gradualy. So I’ll just decide for myself how often I can eat things that I shouldn’t and then eat them only in those days if I still want.
Maybe the best thing will be seeing when I do eat food I shouldn’t eat and then deciding on how to minimise it. Although knowing myself it’s better to start right now…
So today I ate food that is not good for my health. I shouldn’t eat any again till next Friday.
