I think that

now more than ever I should concentrate on myself and what I have to do. There are certain things like I just have to do and that I should not postpone, that I just ignore and my stress level only rises. So now I have to make a plan and follow it through and do EVERYTHING I have to one by one no matter what. Other hings will wait!
