yea.. for low carb. Things I can’t live with out… extra fiber.(tasteless powder form) enough said bout that. Two big cups a water atleast a day. My coffee with almond milk and one sweet n low. mm favorite breakfast soo far.. was this morning. take two eggs. put them in a microwavable bowl add fresh salsa and shredded cheese.Stir it round.. Nuke it for just under two minutes. Its tasty. Add coffee and I am off to a perfect start. I found some atkins chocolate bars. For when I need chocolate. you know daily. Thank you high stress job.:) ..Still loving the lowcarbchef.com 30 days of recipes. Last night. Tilapia with sesame oil, soy sauce, green onion, ginger , garlic. It was fantastic!! On a side note both my hubby and my son were sick and had to be put on antibiotics this week. I however did not get sick. I was sneezed on, breathed on, snotted on. you know the whole mom bit. Not so much as a sniffle. yea

Today I had a microwave eggs for breakfast. I had a meeting all flippin day and I didn’t eat any of the snacks. I had a couple of diet sodas. Lunch was a salad with pulled pork and ranch dressing, and dinner was chicken green beans and fancy tomato soup. :) good stuff
I discovered that I can get an iced coffee with my almond milk and two sweet n lows and it is soooo good. :) Its like 2 carbs. I had ice cream from Braums. I was surprised they had a low carb option. That was all the goodies. Lunch was a big man salad. I didn’t really do breakfast today I was running. Dinner was turkey kielbasa with sour kraut and some left over red cabbage. (kraut and cabbage) no wonder my hubby is gassing me out. hmmmm.. tomorrow I am sneaking in some beano.
For breakfast I had a ham and cheese omelet. (It was a nuke it kind. not very good actually). Lunch was an amazing taco salad -the chips it came with. Dinner is almost done cooking. Pork tenderloin , fresh green beans, pearl onions, and mushrooms. The side is sweet and sour red cabbage. Veggies mmmmmmm… Hope its going well for everyone.
I found this website.. www.low-carbchef.com It has thirty days of low carb recipes. I spent a little more when I went shopping because I didn’t really have the staples I needed. Yesterdays dinner was baked halibut ( I feel more comfortable cooking halibut.) with a lemon butter sauce. A faux potato salad. It was very good. Tonight had the last half of filet of halibut and I just sauteed some mushroom, green onion, and celery. Added some lemon juice and some rosemary. It was good.
I didn’t want to get on the scale this morning I was scared it was going to go up since I actually enjoyed dinner and ate till I was full. I have dropped weight! yeah.
