I am having a very hard time being consistent with these goals. The weekend was thrown out to the dogs so I am going to have to work really hard these next 4 days if I want to see a loss on the scales.

Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. I won’t be surprised if I gained. My goal is to stay on target and have at least 5 fully completed Health Habit days.

Another very bad day. I’ve been emotionally stressed the last few days but I got alot of it resolved yesterday so hopefully I can stay on the wagon for awhile.

I messed this day up royally. However, it didn’t totally go to waste. I did learn some things. First, feeling full is not such a great feeling anymore. It makes me feel sick. Sugary food like cookies is a trigger for binging for me. Most importantly, tomorrow is a new day and just because I stepped off the healthy train doesn’t mean I can’t get right back on.

I went over my calories again today. I’m starting to see a pattern that if I don’t exercise I go over calorie intake. So I guess that means I really need to make a point of getting my exercise in each day.

Another goal completed day. I still had a little over 100 calories left. This is slowly becoming more easy.
