improve my Russian - Rosetta Stone? 4 years ago

For once I have a little money, and I’m considering getting the Rosetta Stone software to work on my Russian. I’ve used demos of it before and found it really useful for me, so I’m not concerned about whether or not I will find it workable. Buuuut it’s a pretty decent chunk of change, so I’m kind of wary of that. Is it really okay to drop a couple of hundred dollars on something that I don’t use professionally?
