I have finished with Physio..not sure that it helped, but I noticed that too much running and stretching def. makes it worse. So I only run twice a week now and always stretch after. It is much better!

Once in a while I get these really horrible lower back pains.
They usually disappear after a while but now I have had it for over 2 days and the only way to “stay alive” is to take quite strong pain killers.
But I need to do something about it. I always thought that it was lack of sport, but that can’t be since I am going to the gym 3 times a week for the past month. Then I thought it could be sitting all day, but I haven’t done that either lately. So I am not sure what it is. It’s a bad pain that comes from the right side of my lower back and goes down to my knees..does anyone know what that is?
