Long Distance packages 20 months ago

For years, people in this area have complained that we don’t get the same great rates on our phones as they do down in ‘the city’. Finally, our local provider is offering a package which includes 1500 minutes a month within Canada. The phone line, 6 or 7 features, the long distance and DSL + modem rental for under $80.00 a month.

Wooo hooo .. I can keep in touch with my friends in Toronto without it costing me or them an arm and a leg.

Quality, not Quantity 2 years ago

I have some awesome friends that I miss terribly, they are down in Toronto. I keep in touch by phone and email, once in a while I go down for a visit. I always feel sad when I haven’t been able to make contact with them for a while, like something special is missing out of my life.

The friends that are local are much easier to keep in touch with, no long distance charges, and one lives just three apartments over! LOL
