And not any less valid, unfortunately. I did lose some weight between starting and now, but some has come back. :(
I really need to do this just to be better to myself overall, so first things first – goals:
Weight: First milestone is to lose 10 lbs, but need to lose a total of 30 lbs. I like the WW formula, so am going with it for now and take it in 10 lb increments.
Weekly goals: Cardio 4xweek (walking, elliptical) supplemented with strength training 3xweek; maybe work in some yoga. Have registered for a fun run/walk in April to keep me motivated.
Diet: For the most part have cut out sodas. I drink Crystal Light or seltzer water. Eating healthier through the WW plan, and snacking on healthier choices.
