My weight has been an issue for me my entire life. I lost 50lbs from 2006-2008, bringing my weigh down from 260lbs to 210lbs. One year later, I’ve maintained my 50lbs weight loss, but I haven’t lost an ounce. I long to be healthy and active and attractive. Sure, there’s some vanity in this quest, as well as a desire to find a good balance in my life. The increase in my self-esteem and confidence from the first 50lbs loss was huge. I hope that the second half of this quest will leave me feeling even better.
I will do this the same way I did it the first time, and I’m hoping, the last 50lbs won’t be too much more difficult than the first 50.
- Eat 4 times a day
- Cook healthy, filling, delicious meals
- Work out – I can’t afford a gym this time around, but I have some workout dvd’s and a great park near my house.
- Stop giving up and going for the pizza
