well i found a job that i love, but it is hard emotionally. working on an oncology unit is very intense. its so easy to get emotionally attached to the patients and their family, just to sign the hospice papers. its been twice as hard now that george has cancer too. i have forseen all that he is going to go through and the likely outcome. its makes me fighting mad that he didn’t just stay with us. i could’ve steered him through all of this and he would not be in the position he is now. it saddens me that his last days were not happy, good days.
