So, for the past 6 or seven months, my ex has sent child support weekly. For the past three or four months, I write two checks over the weekend because the child support is directly deposited Monday or Tuesday. So the weekend of Nov 9th, I wrote a check for groceries and a check for laundry mat money … $50 total. No child support. And that was the weekend I was too sick to work, so the following two pay checks (one from each job) were only half of the normal amounts. I checked my account online this morning … 13 things have bounced for the want of a $50 child support deposit.
And to top it off … I have only gotten one check so far this month. How awesome is that?
