I’m not counting the one bite of a Taco Bell burrito against this goal. Despite that one little lapse, I feel really good about this. I don’t miss fast food at all!

Since my little lapse last weekend I haven’t had any fast food. I did have french fries one night, but I baked them in my oven at home so they were no where near as bad as the ones from McDonalds or places like that. I even turned down Subway yesterday when my boyfriend wanted to go there for dinner.
I had a mini lapse last night. My best friend and I were out at the bar pretty late and both of us were starving. I resisted and didn’t order anything when she stopped at Taco Bell, but I did have two bites of her spicy chicken burrito. I know it isn’t that bad but I feel like I failed my no fast food for a month goal now. I’m going to keep trying though and hopefully I can make it thirty days from today!
but every now and then I give in to the craving and have to pick up a burger and fries from Checkers. As part of my weight loss plan I want to avoid doing that for the entire month of February.
