My sister is so much better at this

You know she can pick up things with her toes? And like, play with it? Why? I am getting more flexible, but I have to stop for a few weeks whenever I discover a new noise in a different joint. I have been working out the kinks in a lot of places, as it turns out, my knee is getting worse more quickly, but everything else I thought was shot has turned out to be in ok shape.



Learning more at my own pace.

Actually did yoga with my sister, that was cool. I am not as inflexible as I thought I was, watching someone else right beside me revealed how well I have progressed.



Kripalu Yoga

I have now made a concerted effort to get into physical shape. This ia a great book and I feel a little better physically already.



Time, as a thing in and of itself, just sucks.

I have been stretching lately but that’s about it. I have 5 books stacked up ready to read but I am so manic I can’t sit still long enough to chill out and read. Guess I should go back to some other goals and try over, huh? Can you call do over on life? REally? no? no.



Now I have to lose 40 lbs again

I quite smoking and changed my diet so that I can be healthier and yet I have put back on the weight I lost before my husband passed. Well shit now I feel like I am starting all over again. At least now I know I can fit into those clothes again



My legs hurt

I think I am losing weight. This is a good thing! Energy rules.



I finally got off my ass

I have begun a daily regimen of stretching and low impact excersises Excercise? Oh well…anyway I am losing weight and started eating healthier. I feel pretty good after the first two weeks.
