visit South America

Yeah!!!!!!!!! I just bought tickets for my husband and I to go to South America this summer!!!! We fly into Lima, Peru and out of Sao Paulo, Brazil. We will spend almost seven weeks traveling! I am so excited!!!!!

I recently won a Lonely Planet Flickr contest. My prize was two LP Guides! I was very excited. I picked Brazil and Peru. My husband and I are planning to go to South America Summer 2009. I’m excited because my husband is actually excited. He’s been looking at travel websites about Brazil and making a list of where he wants to go… Usually he’s really disinterested in our travel plans, but not this time!

I’m excited to get the guidebooks so we can start finalizing our plans.

Two Lonely Planet books are on their way! I chose Brazil and Peru. I’ll start with those and then add Ecuador at a later date. My husband and I have set aside Summer 2009 for our trip… I told him we can go anywhere he wants in Brazil. When the book comes, I want him to highlight anything he has a desire to see. Wahoo! I get excited just thinking about it!
