I DID NOT want to do this yesterday. I almost had myself talked out of it with my usual “You can miss one day, it’s no big deal” self-talk. But I realized that if I missed one day I would be giving myself permission to blow off the whole month. Because I am one of those people who usually thinks, “Well I screwed up anyway, why bother”. Well I am finally loving myself enough so that when I make a promise to me, I honour it. I deserve to know that when I say I will do something for myself I am going to do it. Today I am on day two, and I know I will complete this goal, THIS MONTH :)



Boring, But Necessary! 22 months ago

This goal I mean :) I was doing twenty minutes every day, but obviously I did not keep up with it. I felt so great when I was active every day. I surprised myself with how great I felt. Anyway I plan on starting with this goal and seeing where I go from here. If I keep up with this for a month I will consider this goal completed. BUT, I will not stop then. I just think after a month of this that I will be on my way with a super-healthy new habit. So starting now, 15 min. a day – I will start counting tomorrow. March 1st, day 1 :)
