I have been REALLY BAD about running lately… Say, once in the last two or three months? Yeah, REALLY bad… But I’m going to try to get back to it… 3 miles in 30 minutes is still the goal… I’ve set myself back pretty far because of my time off, but I can still do it. (The one time I ran, I actually went 3 miles… Don’t ask how long it took – I don’t know and I’m sure it was really bad…
Now, every time I run, I go at LEAST 2 miles… My newest goal is three miles in thirty minutes… Quite a hefty goal for me, considering I’m not the quickest person. I’m not putting a time limit on this one, I just want to do it at some point…
New Year’s resolution: 8 miles a week…
I ran 1.5 miles last week and 2 miles today… Well, I walked a lot today… I just want to work my way up to three miles… Three miles without having to break for water or walk…
I can do it, I think… I just need to keep at it…
