I haven’t worked on this at all this quarter, but I am taking yoga twice a week. I’m pretty sure sometime in these last few classes that we’re going to do arm balances, hopefully by then I’ll still have what I used to and be able to “show off” a little…

I’m getting pretty good at crow pose… I can’t hold it for an extended period of time, but I definitely have control for a few good seconds; I can feel myself lifting from the core and not with my arms…
I haven’t done much yoga lately… Balances are always the hardest for me… I mean, give me a tree pose any day, but the arm ones… WHEW! I’m a girl, so naturally, I’m at a disadvantage, but I should be able to do this… And I can for a second or two… I want to be able to hold it… Adding to the goal, perhaps? Hold it for ten seconds to start, with an eventual goal of a minute or two? Maybe… Baby steps…
