Although I have a lot more items to list on the site, I finally have the structure and shopping cart ready to go!
It will take a lot more tweaking and loading, but it is finally active and it feels awesome to have it where it is.

Seems web design is a never-ending process. A catch and release, if you will. Since I am approaching this project with little web design education and self-learned html, it is a lot of trial and error.
Uploads, downloads, radio buttons and drop downs, attributes, meta… a million and one little intricate details making up one purpose.
No regrets – it all makes me more knowledgeable of my products and opens up new doors into the web. I am so close, it’s killing me, but I have to make sure it all works properly before I can throw my web address into the wind…
Got some of my items uploaded to the site – adding the dimentions is a pain, but seeing the number of merchandise rise in the virtual store is so worth it!
I have a long way to go. I’m trying to keep my listed items limited to small dimentions for now, as I’m using USPS to begin. Not sure if I want to complicate things by adding UPS or FedEx to the mix.
I’m limited on layout material, as I’m using what is given to me through the website server. I guess I shouldn’t complain, I would just love to have a more “Boutique” look for it.
All those years of HTML training have paid off, because I am mastering my own webstore & it’s looking pretty good. To be honest, I’m amazed that most of the same rules apply…
To complete the circle of my new store , I’ve decided to create a web store to fill in the looming slow time and suppliment our income. I would really like to complete this goal at least by Thanksgiving. This gives me a little over one week to get it up and running before the serious Christmas shopping begins.
I have already gotten the full website up and running with the basics of our store products. I just need to add the shopping cart & all product photos to make it complete.
