Becoming a habit! 20 months ago

Well I have been doing this for a few months now and I am really enjoying it. Swimming is great for the body and the mind. A great way to relax the mind while exercising the body. The more I do it… the more I WANT to do it!



Early mornings 22 months ago

A friend goes and I have been going with her. It is fun actually (except the early morning starts!). We reward ourselves with a 20 minute chat in the spa after! Great way to catch up on the gossip!
