This goal used to say eat healthy. But, obviously, due to my poor body tone and other red flags, I haven’t been successful. Pretty sucky for a chef !
So today I am setting the following goals:
1) take vitamins before I go to sleep
2) take my daily prescriptions as directed
3) eat more fruits and vegetables
4) drink at least one yogurt fruit smoothie daily
5) avoid junk food
6) just say no to the WHITES: potatoes, rice, bread …
7) take a walk at the park at least 3x week.
8) play tennis at least 2x week.
9) adjust my schedule to return to lifting weights by April 6th.
10) adhere to Thursday’s allergy testing findings regarding food allergies and inhalants
This all sounds good and dandy but realistically hard to implement without great self-discipline. I must meet my goals so my constant fatigue improves. Doesn’t help that I got MONO two years ago (at the age of 43). It has grabbed hold of me and not let go…
