Yesterday Andie and I walked three miles. Then we got a ride back from my dad. We are both sore today, not only from the walk, but because in addition we bought a new exercise bike, and we kind of overdid it a bit… Ouch!

Walked briskly for 30 minutes last night and another 30 minutes this morning. It’s so easy to do. I don’t know why I procrastinate so much on getting out there and just doing it. But I’m committing to walking at least half an hour per day for the next two weeks.



A New Start 3 years ago

I used to walk every single day for at least 45 minutes. I also used to go to the gym every single day. About six months ago I stopped all that, and I have been very lazy. Yesterday we made a renewed commitment to walk everyday, and started with baby steps. We walked to the store (about a twenty minute walk) and agreed to go out for a bike ride today. Baby steps. Baby steps.
