I love this goal

This is tied to my goal of playing with my food. It’s a one month challenge, to train myself to chew my food much more. I find that unless I make a conscious effort, I am used to eating so fast that I sometimes don’t chew at all. I want to slow down and make a conscious effort to chew, and enjoy and appreciate the texture, taste and smell of my food.
