i did what i planned to do this weekend – had a 30 min run (interval training style) on Sunday, and yoga this morning. After the run I felt a lot more upbeat than normal – i found myself laughing a lot. Does anyone else get that after cardio? Is it a hormone thing?

this is another goal that is getting kicked into first gear this weekend (wow, mixed metaphors or what!) am going to start running and doing yoga every second day, so that i don’t tighten up. will start with the running tomorrow. easy does it, but gotta start some time!
