I went to my nieces wedding on Sunday and…

NOTHING FIT !!!

Having looked at myself in a full length mirror I realised this is NOT the way to be so I started with changing my eating habits now and will continue on this path until ‘I’ve ‘DONE’ It’ so help me God please on my path to success to being healthy and wealthy in the way you intended me to be ; )

Starting today I WILL write my accomplishments on a regular basis and drink two litres of water a day as well as eat when hungry and a good breakfast to start my day on the right footing – thank you God for the knowledge I have to reach this goal and with the help of others on this goal surely I WILL SUCCEED.

Haven’t been drinking my 2 litres of water a day which has resulted in a sluggish metabolism – so I’m getting on track with this now as a 1st and 2nd watching what I eat more proteins less carbs or no carbs ; )
