I have neglected these areas for a few months. When I was active in yoga and meditation, I saw numerous benefits in mood, insight and a sense of peace.
Putting Yoga and Meditation back into daily practice. I can easily fit these in, just need the discipline to do so.

Now is a good time to strike that elusive balance between focusing on my mind, body and soul. Here are a few of my ideas:
Mind:
Read more for both entertainment and education
Body:
Continue to focus on fitness.
Set new goals (e.g: Ride a Century, Do 4 Triathons this year, run a 10K)
Soul:
Yoga and meditation; find my inner spirituality and peace
