the spotlight

I’m really shy. I recently joined a band (long story). Only been for one rehearsal but it feels great to be accepted as part of the group. I know this will help me face my fear of public speaking in this case singing. I have been giving presentations for school ever so often this year too and that has been challenging. I keep getting thrown into the spotlight but I guess it’s for the best.
