What is success???

I think this goal is more relative to what you think success is. Once you know that, then you will be able to do it. I come accross this one definition of success –
‘I have learned that success is to measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obsticles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.’ – B. T. Washington (Scientist).
When I think of it like that, well than I guess I’m on the right track and perhaps even partly done.
