Yippeeee!! I am really thrilled. I have not touched a single cancer stick in a month. I did feel the urge a few times but kept telling myself how can I miss something I have never known? I am pretending that I have never had any cigarette in my life… What do you folks think of my strategy?? And in order to combat the putting on weight part, I have started working out with the help of a personal trainer. In short, I am trying to be healthy in all sense of the term.
