Leading up to the wedding, I managed to lose 17 kg. I actually found it fairly easy – I just ate super healthy and went to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Then on weekends I’d eat pretty much whatever I felt like.
However, since uni started, a couple of kilos have sneaked back on. Plus I’ve been a bit slack with going to the gym. As a result, I’m not feeling physically at my best.
So it’s time to get back into it again! I have a friend’s wedding coming up which is a good motivator. But, most of all, I just want to feel fit and strong. And looking good is a pretty good incentive too ;)
My goal is to lose 7.4 kg.
