Wednesday: 25 minute run/walk + stretching
I’m really glad I made the effort to get out there and exercise today. I ran heaps further than normal and found it a lot easier! It won’t be too much longer and I’ll be able to run the whole circuit! Plus it really cleared my mind. I love it when I’m out running and my mind is really clear and focused – it’s a great feeling!

Monday: 35 minute walking and running/15 mins calisthetics and stretching

Wednesday: A couple of hours of dancing at Gomez….that definately counts in my opinion

Thursday: 30 mins cardio, 15 mins weights

Friday: 1 hour body balance class. It was challenging and felt good to stretch and move my whole body.

Saturday: 25 minute walk/run – with a lot more running than usual!

Tuesday: Bike ride and stretching (That’s right I took my bike for its first ride ever! I was a bit scared and putted along pretty slowly but it was fun! Yay!)

Wednesday: Body Step Class (my first in ages and I did well! But WHY do they insist on putting so many mirrors in the gym! Oh well, in a few months I’ll be loving the mirrors coz I’ll be so darn HAWT).

Thursday: 25 minute walk, 15 mins calisthetics and stretching

Friday: 40 minute walk

Monday: 30 minutes cardio slack I know, but I would’ve rather done just about anything instead of exercising, so it wasn’t a bad effort

Wednesday: 60 minutes cardio

Thursday: 45 minutes cardio

Friday: 15 minutes running (2 kms) and weights
Sunday: A whole day of gardening
