We finally did this tonight and it was an absolute success! We had honey mustard chicken and tuna sushi rolls and they turned out fabulous! Okay, so our first attempts weren’t the most glamorous looking creations, but we were getting the hang of it by the end. And we have some left for lunch tomorrow. Yum! Can’t wait to try some different combinations. Well worth it!

Okay this is definately planned for this weekend! Saturday or Sunday night we’re planning a Sushi nite…...yum. Any tips? I’m looking forward to it :)

Well we haven’t got any plans for Sunday…....so maybe Sunday will be Sushi day! Yum! There was a cooking segment on TV about sushi yesterday, so i’m feeling quietly confident. Mmmm i love sushi….
