I’m amazed at how much my posture has improved just going from 20 to 40 pushups a day. I never realized that back strength had so much to do with it!
Keep at em…. its worth it!

It’s important to carry your own weight. Not to lean on others. Hold your own. Have a spine.
(Being decisive is related in there somewhere)
