I have gone down 3 sizes..now just two or three more. I will feel better than I do now.

I am currently working out 5 days a week , doing cardio and focusing on a specific area,like abs( cough-cough).It is working I am getting there. It is an hour and fifteen minutes of hell, but I have more energy!
