is that these stretches only take a few minutes, so getting myself to do them isn’t a big issue. I think over time, I’ll really benefit from them.

Found a great web site with video of basic stretches. Exactly what I need to start today! I know that the leg issue is related to the back issues. Learning to stretch all over will help me recover and prevent future injuries.
Tried a new person this time. She did a great job. I have been absolutely horrible about not doing back exercises, though. I am thinking that I probably ought to get a personal trainer to help me deal with my body as a whole. My back, hips, calf, foot all hurt. I think I need some discipline in stretching. Can I do that on my own? Hmmm. not sure.
Emailed a personal trainer. Maybe I can get started on some new exercises that I can use while traveling. I am soooooooooo ready to get feeling better.
Friday last week. It hurt like heck and I was pretty sore over the weekend, but now I am feeling much better.
back and hip pain I’ve been having is related to my foot problems. Again, I am so glad I’ve decided to take action to find a remedy.
In the meantime, I think I will go for massages more often. There is no way that I should be in this much pain.
for exercises today.
I think doing the cardio this morning stressed my back some, so I really needed to do some stretches by afternoon. I spent about 7 minutes today with pelvic tilts, leg pulls and alternating arm and leg lifts.
I think I’ll skip doing the bending exercises for awhile until my back is strong again.
I often don’t seem to structure the time for the exercises, but here and there, throughout the day, I stretch more than I used to, trying to keep my back strong. As I get into more core exercises, those will help with my back as well.
Yesterday I bought a book on burning the fat. Am excited to get moving on it. I know I need to eat better. It all fits together.
