I’ve always been thin, but I’ve never been happy with my inner thighs or tummy (flat but soft. Annoying!), ever. Now, instead of griping about this like I’ve been doing for the past six years, I really am going to start working out. I’m hoping that by the end of October there’d be great improvements.
There is this pull-out workout guide called “Bikini Body in 31 Days” in the July issue of Shape magazine, and I am going to try it.
