I have been smoking the age of 21 (other than when I was pregnant with my son). During that time I have always smoked between 5-7 cigarettes. My ex-boyfriend was a pretty heavy smoker and I got in the habit of smoking “with” him, which lead me to smoking about a half a pack a day. My present boyfriend is a very heavy smoker and I’ve started smoking even more with him to the point of where some days I’m almost up to a pack. The funny thing is that I have been running every other day for 25 years, and I’m a vegetarian. It makes no sense! I honestly have to say I don’t feel ready to quit, but I’d like to get back to smoking only 5 cigarettes a day.
