I started working out last week, and dammit, I’ve stuck to it!
I did kickboxing, running, and tons of cardio.
It’s only been a week, but I just FEEL better.
I’ve been eating better too, but last night I almost couldn’t stop myself from getting ice cream… but instead… I laid down and fell asleep, haha. You can’t workout and go eat ice cream… Clearly no sense…
12 more days until I graduate and have more free time to workout… and since the weather has been beautiful… that means more walking and jogging outside… :D So happy.

I lost like 60+ pounds when I worked out before.
I lost a ton of weight and dropped down to about 130/135.
Now I continue to gain weight and realize I can do this again.
A woman I work with this morning came in, looked at me in my dress, and said, “I REALLY need to focus on losing weight, soon!”
That made me want to kill myself a little bit.
How embarrassing. Ugggh.
Nothing is worse than people realizing they need to lose weight by just looking at you.
Needless to say, I’m incredibly bummed out.
Today is day one.
I can do this just like before.
