I have always hated to run but recently I have decided that when I run, I feel a million times better. So I want to get up to 5 miles in the next couple of months. I’m at 1.5 miles on the treadmill. I’ve been sick the last couple of weeks but want to get back on the treadmill by the middle of the week and run some more! Who knows maybe I will actually learn to love running and run a marathon one of these days!
