About 30 books this year, well so far…I”m satisfied, one more book(Orwell), and that”s it for this year :)

G.G. Marquez- One hundred years of solitude

Acclaimed novel by Nobel Prize winner Gabriel Garcia Marquez. What can I say, everyone are simply fascinated by this book, but I like his punctual short stories better.

History of the world by unknown

It”s an old book and many facts are wrong but it was fun reading it cause it is written in a funny “accent”.

Sylvia Plath-Under the Bell jar

A dissapoitmet I could say…First female author I read in a long time and honestly didn”t like it.(But we all get a little crazy from time to time & if you don”t expect anything from anyone you won”t get dissapointed were the only quotes that stucked in my mind).

Frederic Beigbeder-Romantic Egoist

The first book I read from this author was excellent, this one a bit tedeaus…but still his cinisism, sense for decay of the moder, notwillingness for everything is great.

Haruki Murakami-Norwegian Wood(a riddle wrapped up in enigma)

This Is my first time I read This author…all I can say I like him. This love story/ies is gentle, moving and tipycall for japanese, at some times too patetic and comic(the sex scenes), but still magnifficient. I was glued to the book for a week and Murakami was able to pull me in his world of letters, disapoitmentKizuki, Nagasava, Reiko, silly Naoko and my favourite character Midori…This is one book in going to read again
” Death is not a contrast to life, it is a part of it”

2 books in one month, I"m worthless...

Doris Dorrine-lave, love
Erich Fromm-To have or to be

Henry Miller-Wisdom of the heart

Interesting, but far too complicated for me, at least in this point of my academic life time. So far I have read from him :
Wisdom of the heart
My dearest Brenda
The tropic of cancer
World of Sex
Time to move on and expand with other writers

Pascal Bruckner & Marlene Amar

Les Voleurs de beaute-simply wondrefull and original.
&
Des gens infrequentables-simply boring and too slow.

Intimacy by Hanif Kureishi

You know when you’re with someone there’s only a very short time when you can really give each other things for free… with neither of you having to ask. Because later on all you do is make demands of each other. Perhaps the only difference between her and all the rest is that she’s asking you for nothing.
Great book.
