get over my broken heart

My (ex)boyfriend recently bought me a promise ring and when he handed it to me I asked him if he truly with all his heart meant it because if he didnt he shouldnt give it to me.. but he said he did mean it and stupid me I believed him…....we were together for
1 -1/2 year.. I loved him with everything inside of me I would have given him everything till one night he came home and told me he couldnt take this anymore and he was really stressed at work and stuff so he packed his bags and he left he told me he still wanted to be my friend and to call me sometimes but I didnt want to be just his friend it hurt so bad I was in bed for 2 days till I made myself get up and get on with life but I didnt know how I would do it without him …now its been a little over a week and I dont cry every time I think of him I remember how wonderful we were and I hope one day we can be that again but for now I really need to just focus on my school and get my life straightened out I hope he’s happy but I’ll never stop loving him he was my first love and always will be….
