So. I finally got around to doing something concrete about this goal. Vision Therapy Eyewear is a ‘pin-hole technology (low-tech though) built into almost cool-looking dark glasses. Wear them 5, then 10, then 20 minutes a day for reading , even at a computer, and you see (no pun) improvement in a few weeks:) Great health food store find.
In the few times I’ve used them thus far I can feel my eyes ‘doing push-ups’:) Right now it’s a bit of a strain. Working gradually up makes sense.
Now I just need to go get a Snellen Eye chart to help myeelf Not fake myself out:)
