My most recent accomplishment is turkey burgers. Not that I don’t like beef: I LOVE steak (could never be a vegetarian) but I’m not such a fan of ground beef. Anyway, Rachel Ray’s books are a big help to me and my two most successful turkey burger recipes I stole from her. I’m still working in her section for “those who are exhausted”. Not that I’m exhausted all the time, but those are the quickest, simplest recipes. Maybe I’ll be able to move on to the section for “those who are only a little tired” soon. :)
