Had a few discussions with businesses in the area, may have a contract lined up, just waiting to hear what they’re offer is. Funny, I’m not a fan of having to ‘pimp’ myself around town, I’m too arrogant for that and expect people to come to me. So when I’m unwell (migraine attack previous nite) I can even grumpier. Had two meetings yesterday, both came back within the hour to say that they were interested! So maybe the answer to my problem is lots of cheese and chocolate!!

I’m over in the country where I wanted to work, and although I’m going to take contract work for a few months to get to build my network and understand the culture, I still want to get this business up and running.

Losing focus with the house sale and move to Oz, so need to get back in to it for a couple of days and come out with clear actions. Looking at conferences I can attend in Oz when i get there to build up my network and get a feel for what issues there are.

I suppose you only have a business when someone uses your services or buys your products – and I aint there yet! This is something I’m planning for when I move to Oz – I have the business model, have assessed the competition, know my market, and know my offer, so all I need now are the clients!
