bake 30 different things

I made bread with proper bread flour, some scones, and a slightly different muffin recipe today. Loads of stuff! :)

Last week I made rolls and apple and cinnamon muffins. The latter were particularly delicious!

I made a delicious loaf of white bread today, it came out really well, so I think I’ll do a few things over the next few days.

I haven’t baked one thing since the summer started, I think the weather’s been too hot! Though it’s gone quite lousy recently, so it’s the perfect excuse to be making lovely cakes! I’m going to go through my cookbook, pick 30 recipes, then stock up on ingredients so I can make them when I get the urge!
