Ok, so “Introduction to Wine’ course has been completed…I am so much wiser, yet somehow so much more confused about wine…But what an intruiging subject! I never knew that there was so much to learn…Introduction to Wine Level 2 doesn’t start until October, so I have some time to really study my notes!
Our teacher was so knowledgeable – everything he eats and drinks is tax deductible (so jealous)! But the important thing he made sure we took away with us is wine is good if it suits our palates, not everyone is going to like the same thing!
