I’ve changed the goal to rowing four days per week. I find when I row three days in a row, I have a hard time by the third day keeping my pace. Now I’m rowing about every other day, and I’m still improving my stamina.
My short-term goal is to be able to row around 10,000 meters each time. Goal Date: May 1st.

I had my first bad week last week; I only rowed three times :(
I had a long work week, not getting home until late most nights. But that’s still not a good excuse because I had time. Good thing is it hasn’t hurt my stamina, and starting this week I’ll be up to rowing forty minutes a pop.

Bought a rowing machine a month ago, for just under a grand. I wanted to buy a good machine, but I also figured the more I spent on it, the more motivated I’d be to work on it. I find rowing relaxing for the most part, and it’s a kickass workout to boot.
So far, after a month, I have rowed at least five times per week, and am slowly increasing my endurance. The only week I didn’t I was really sick, but I was able to pick up right where I left off, to my surprise. I’m up to 20 minutes a shot, and will go up to 25 minutes next week.
I don’t have any definitive goals at this point. I’m not really overweight. I just want to exercise my heart and build some tone.
