Learn internet marketing

since I last updated this goal. I just signed up for new VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting, and so far it has gone disastrously. I paid extra for a ‘problem-free’ migration, but it’s been anything but.

I think they are in the last stages of getting everything worked out, though. It seems to be some sort of DNS problems.

I’ve been working for the last 2 weeks straight on a new pregnancy-related blog, and they lost all that work, as well. Grrr…

Anyway, I’m literally hours away from business as usual, though. I’ve already picked up one other person to help carry the weight of the new price, too, and he’s also a bit of an expert on creating traffic, so I’m glad to have found him.

Also, I’ve been talking with another buddy, and I’m hoping he will be receptive to an idea I have for a new site related to electric trains. :) He’s the actual designer of the blogs I was buying before, so his work is top-notch.

I may already have my own product to sell with it, too, if I can still get ahold of the guy. I should have bought it when he first offered it to me about a year ago on the Warrior forum. :(

Anyway, I’ve got about a dozen sites up now, 10 of them blogs, so I have definitely been moving forward with this goal.

The sales page for the blogs is now open for business. Posted ad copy on 2 forums yesterday, and in the next 24 hour period got 6 orders. It’s a start, for sure, but certainly not the million dollar payoff yet. lol.

Now I have like 15 more blogs I have to install over the next few weeks. With customization time, could be a few months, maybe, but I seriously doubt that.

Moving right along on this goal. :D

Bought a pre-made Homebrew (as in beer) blog today from Suzanne. I will try to put it up sometime next week. I have the rights to sell this on my niche blog website, so I will be making money in at least 2 different ways from this one, as well. :D

led me to my first time of receiving 2 checks in one month. I reviewed about a dozen ecigarettes on my first blog, and of those only 2 are making any sales for me. Each of those companies requires that I earn at least $100 before they will cut me a check. Previous to this month, this worked out so I was getting one check a month for about $100 and some change.

Yesterday, however, I received a check in the mail, and then this morning I also received a Paypal payment from the other e-cig company. That’s $200+ I made last month, which is double what it was making before. Hopefully, this trend will continue on all my future blogs, as well.

I finally got a chance to sign up for the package I wrote about in my last entry, and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve already got my first 6 blogs downloaded (got 2 free as a sign-up bonus), and now I have to begin the arduous task of designing the website that I will using to sell them in the exact way that I got them. Nice, huh? :D

In addition, I will still be putting one copy of each of the blogs I receive up on the internet to make money with it, as well.

I’ve done the math on this, and if I can get 50 subscribers I have the potential to make $30,000/yr with this. And doing only a portion of the work I had been doing before! :D

I can’t believe this opportunity fell into my lap. Now I’m off to start coding on the sales page as this will probably take a few days, at least.

A fellow forum member has created a private site that will allow me to get 4 new blogs a month. The cost: $97 to sign up and purchase the re-sell rights, and then $47 a month.

The advantages:

1) This guy is a MUCH better graphic artist than I happen to be at the moment.
2) Since the blogs are already done, that saves me about a month of creation time for each one, so that $50 each month saves me 4 months of my time, freeing me up to do other things.
3) All the keyword research and such has already been done for me.
4) Articles are provided and written by a professional writer.
5) Biggest of all: I also have full re-sell rights to these blogs.

The disadvantages:

I can’t see a single one!

If I can swing this, I can not only reach my smaller goal of getting 10 blogs up and running (and making money) much quicker, but I can also create a whole new income stream by selling these to other budding internet entrepreneurs.

The catch is, only a limited number of slots are available. Only 15 are left, and given that I have to pay rent AND a deposit for the new place next month, I may not have enough to sign up under him before the slots are filled. I’m crossing my fingers and hoping I have enough money left, because this is a terrific opportunity for me! :D

I have 10 blogs up now. :) I still have to publish them everywhere like I did for http://ecigs-today.com though, to create chatter about so I can get them listed in the search engines. Ecigs Today is already making me $100 a month exactly, so hopefully the other 9 (and ultimately 50) will do the same eventually. :)
