So I finally went to the doctor and got acid suppressants again, I had avoided doing this because I thought it was mostly self inflicted (I’d eat something I know I’m not supposed to have and then I’d get sick etc,etc, but sometimes I was getting sick for no reason). I’ve been on the acid suppressant for 2 and half weeks now and i haven’t been sick once :) I think I’m starting to gain weight again too (a good thing for me), well at least the weight seems to be sticking to me, not fluctuating like it did when I used to get sick all the time.
I may have to take acid suppressants for the rest of my life, so I s’pose I’m not ‘technically’ healthy, but at least I am functioning healthily now.

1. Book into see the doctor on monday, for an appointment on Monday or the day after. Get acid suppressants that are safe to take long term, ask their opinion of naturopaths and it they can recommend a good one.
2. See a naturopath, discuss a diet to help with my gastric problems and my inability to gain weight since having gastric problems.
3. Not give into the temptation to consume foods that inflame my gastric problem, which include greasy food, spicy food, creamy food, too much sugar, caffeine and alcohol.

As a result of these things I hope to suppress my gastric problem and also to gain weight
