Straight after pilates my waist is 22.5 inches, so my stomach must be getting tight because it used to be 23.5 inches (I’m naturally a very small person). I wouldn’t mind a 22 inch waist :P but NOT through loosing weight, just through tightening.

I’m naturally thin and tiny, so I’ve always had a ‘flat’ tummy, it was just sorta soft and loose, I’ve been doing pilates and yoga twice a week for a month now and my tummy already feels little tighter :)
I did pilates last thursday… it hurt so much after, it was great :P I think pilates will be a great addition to my cardio (rowing and a bit of walking when I’m tired but still want to do something) then maybe I’ll have abs :P but I’ll at least get somewhat strengthened tummy muscles and better posture out of it.
I’ve been doind sit ups and hula hooping, but I’ve got very little definition so far. I thought this would be easy because I’m very thin and alread have a flat stomach. Apparently not. I need to work a bit of cardio in to my routine, when I get to Melbourne I’m planning on going for brisk 3 km walks at least 3 times a week, while doing pilates once a week and getting back to my weighted hula hoop (the one I have here is not weighted, but it’s still good ) Maybe I should changes this to get fit?
I’ve lost an inch of waist this past month because of cutting all the junky food due to having a stomach ulcer. I have a tiny bit of definition, but not ‘ab’ worthy yet.
I can see a faint line down the middle of my stomach. I don’t want a 6 pack, just more defined.
