well…in the first two days i’ve been very proud of myself…but in the next 3 days…i’ve kind of…well, skipped the exercise part and eat after 7 o’clock….but tomorrow will be better
right?

so i weight right now 200.4 lbs according to a site that converted kgs into pounds…and i am 6 feet tall…according to another website that converted centimeters into feet and inches…
and my goal would be like 165.2 lbs…before my birthday which is in september…my dream goal would be like 145 lbs, but, as i said…’my DREAM goal’...so right now i’m just going to focus on reaching 165 lbs and i hope this site will help me, cause i’ve been overweight for like 4-5 years now…and that sucked pretty badly…
i wanna make something to change this…
and basically i want to just…shrink the quantities of food i dig every day, and i know some exercise would be good, but i h8 doing any kind of physical activity, and stuff like that…but i will borrow one’s idea…and from tomorrow I’ll start running 1 minute a day( yeah i know it’s laughable when you think about it) and then each day add one more minute…
and i definitely want to stop eating after 7 o’clock…
so that must be all from now…
